Sponsored by energie Fitness Wokingham, the festival is designed to be a fully immersive experience for the whole family, spanning a full day, the festival features five different stages filled with back-to-back classes, talks, and workshops, covering a wide range of practices such as yoga, sound baths, therapy, meditation, mindfulness, ecstatic dance, drama therapy, and lots more culminating in a sound bath super finale and an ecstatic dance event. We even have an entire stage offering a day of wellbeing classes for children and teens!
